Consolidated Marksheet
To get your Consolidated Mark sheet and Provisional Degree Certificate, please go through following steps:
- Download relevant application formfrom here.
- Fill the application form in complete.
- Attach (a) Copy of all mark sheets issued during completion of course(Fail and Pass both) (b) Copy of enrolment card (c) Photo copy of Personal ID with address ID (d) One self addressed big size envelope (e) International postal charges(if any). All documents should be legible and on A4 size paper.
- Send the filled form to CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION, Rajasthan Technical University, Rawatbhata Road, KOTA – 324010.
- The Certificates shall be dispatched to your College/ Home address within 15 working days of receipt of application.
- If you desire your certificates to be sent at your home address, please attach a proof of residence such as Driving license, Bank Pass Book, Aadhar card etc.
- If you desire to receive/ send your certificate(s) outside India through University click here. Also submit complete postal address label/ sticker in typed form with requisite fee through Demand Draft.
Important:
- Before applying it, please ensure with college that the same is not received at college earlier. Because, RTU is preparing Consolidated Mark Sheet, Provisional Degree Certificate and Migration Certificate immediate after passing the course and sending it to concern colleges time to time.
- All attached photo copies of documents should be self attested and properly legible, otherwise document(s) will not be prepared.
- Copy of Internet mark sheets are not acceptable.
- In case of any wrong information provided in the form, candidate will be fully responsible for the same and University may take appropriate action against him.
NOTE: In cases of urgent need, you shall be required to personally come with personal ID Proof bearing signature of applicant and photo and apply at COE office RTU, Kota between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on any working days (Second Saturday holiday). After applying of documents, it will be given on next working day after 4.00 P.M.
