CORRECTION IN FINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE
To get your Correction in Final Degree, please go through following steps:
- Download relevant application formfrom here.
- Fill the complete form.
- Attach
(a) Original Degree certificate
(b) Demand Draft/ Challan of Rs. 250/- in favor of
Rajasthan Technical University, Kota
(c) Forwarding letter from college concerned
(d) Photo copy of all Mark sheet(s), Consolidated Mark sheet,
Provisional degree certificate
(e) One Passport Size color photograph
(f) Candidate Hindi Name ID proof
(g) Photo copy of class X mark sheet
(h) Photo copy of personal ID
- Send the completely filled form along with required documents (as above) in hard copy to Controller of Examination, Rajasthan Technical University, Rawatbhata Road, KOTA – 324010
- The corrected Final degree certificate shall be received by College Representative or student in person only bearing valid photo and signature ID proof. Degree could not send through post at candidate home address/ college.
- Correction in Degree certificate shall take minimum one month period.
Note:
In cases of urgent need, you can apply personally with personal ID having signature and photo of applicant and Proof of urgency i.e. appointment/ job offer or admission for higher study etc., at COE office RTU, Kota between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on any working days (Second Saturday holiday). This will minimize the postal time.
